Military Gaming Discounts

Active duty and veteran gamers can stay up-to-date on the latest games and technology with these gaming military discounts. Here is a comprehensive shop list for video games, PC technology, and accessories with discounts for Veterans, Active-Duty, and Dependents. Eligibility varies.

GameStop

GameStop is the go-to shop for all things video games, new and pre-owned. On Veterans Day, GameStop offered 10% off games, collectibles, accessories, and hardware to former and active-duty military personnel. Offer valid in-store with proper ID and did not extend to promotions or clearance items.


Microsoft

Microsoft is the mastermind behind the Xbox console line and sells a multitude of games and accessories. Microsoft now gives 10% off to active, former, and retired military. Shop Surface Pros, laptops, and accessories to play your favorite PC games.


Best Buy

Best Buy is a major electronics retailer with locations all across the United States. They sell Xbox, Playstation, and Nintendo brands, plus more electronic equipment and accessories for PC gamers. There are no military discounts, but be sure to check out their regular promotions and price match guarantee policy.


Amazon

Amazon has an assortment of consoles and video games that can be bought directly from the manufacturer and delivered to your front doorstep. The site is great for browsing pre-set lists and editorial features. Amazon does not offer a military discount at this time, but there other convenient ways to shop on Amazon with its Prime membership deal.


Target

Target has major brand name video game consoles and new video games available online and in-store. Last Veterans Day week, Target offered 10% off purchases to military active-duty, retired, and veterans. Look out for special promotions to save on game products.


Apple

Apple currently offers a Government Purchase Plan with the use of an Apple Card. Military can save up to 6% on their purchase. Shop for iPhones, laptops, iMac Pro, and state-of-the-art computer monitors for a variety of modes to play video games.


Dell

Dell offers 10% off PCs and electronics. It’s a common brand used in the military and offers Alienware gaming PCs and devices. Simply, email the address provided on their discount page and use their one-time offer to save.


Lenovo

Lenovo sells products for gaming such as gaming PCS, monitors, gaming accessories, and the Oculus VR system. All military and families can receive a discount of up to 7% and other exclusive military offers. Lenovo also ships to APO addresses.


Samsung

You can enhance your gaming experience with Samsung TVs, tablets, and phones. Samsung does offer a military discount of up to 30% on products. You must have a current, active military email to register for the coupon.


Games to Grunts

Games to Grunts is a program funded by Operation Supply Drop that supplies free electronic video game codes. Inventory is based on the suppliers and is first-come-first-serve. Check-in regularly for stock on current video games like TEKKEN 7, Gears of War 4, and XBox Live passes. Active-duty, veterans, retirees, and military members with Troop.ID are eligible for the program.


The Exchanges

The Exchanges offer tax-free military-exclusive deals online and on military installations. They offer competitive pricing and free-shipping benefits. Check out The Exchanges for deals on brands such as Xbox, Nintendo, and Playstation, as well as other computer products and accessories.


Veterans Canteen

Veterans Canteen is an online shopping service for veterans, families, and eligible members enrolled in VHA Healthcare. Veterans can shop for products such as Xbox, Playstation, and computers. Supply is limited and membership registration can be done online with proof of identification.


Vertagear

Vertagear sells premiere gaming chairs with material that contours to your body. They offer a military appreciation deal of 20% off. You can choose from several different models: the S-line, P-line, and Trigger Line Series with state-of-the-art design and wheels for mobility.


Chairs 4 Gaming

For a wider range of gaming chairs, check out Chairs 4 Gaming. They re-sell brand name chairs and provide a spectrum of price ranges and styles. You can get a one-time military discount by providing your information online through Verify Pass. The promotional deal is good for active-duty, veterans, and dependents.
