More Ways to Save
Here are a few ways to save on your winter vacation. You don’t have to look far to benefit from these resources!
Visit your local ITT office for more information on deals. You may strike a better offer purchasing available passes through them.
If you’re looking for clothing and gear, there are a variety of sports gear stores that offer a military discount. Also, you can check out a nearby military exchange service store to see what’s in stock [Navy Exchange (NEX), Marine Corps Exchange (MCX), or Army and Air Force Exchange (AAFES).] In many cases, the exchange service can honor price match policy.
However, the best place to shop is at your military installation thrift store. They offer free clothing and home goods that are donated by the surrounding military communities. The deals are especially hot during PCS season when families are likely to get rid of high ticket items such as sports equipment and gear. You’ll want to contact the community center to find the location.
